WHAT I DID: Photography.
Tatjana Kochetkova moves between strategy and strength. A project manager by day, a climber by passion, driven by progress, repetition and the belief that real growth is built step by step. Based in Klaipėda, Tatjana works to build confident commercial teams across Europe, inspired by her life on the climbing wall and the power of shared momentum.
Today, Tatjana balances her passion for climbing with her work at DFDS, building both walls to scale and teams to believe in themselves — proving that success is never handed, it’s earned one careful step at a time.
